Key Problems and Challenges

1. JDM Hospitality did not have a company website and was only represented online with a small page with little content on their parent company’s website.
2. The digital marketing landscape around JDM Hospitality was not understood or researched.
3. The company’s digital marketing strategy was not developed or researched.

Project outcomes

We successfully performed a Digital Marketing Jumpstart for JDM Hospitality. This included the development of a new website, market research, digital competitive research, search keyword research, content strategy development, content writing, on-page optimization, technical optimization, and implementing our Pro Data Analytics tools.

Within a month, the website started driving organic traffic to the website from Google Search and other search engines. The website consistently grew its organic traffic from this point on with little intervention.

Lesson learned & future direction.

This project proves the effectiveness and importance of the digital marketing jumpstart package. It allowed us to organize everything on a base level for the digital marketing for JDM hospitality without being distracted by month-to-month digital marketing tasks that are made more effective when the base of digital marketing for a company is solid.

While other clients we’ve worked with who still need to get the digital marketing Jumpstart package have seen results, it’s taken a little longer. It has been a  more disorganized process where the bases are slowly being developed rather than having them set from the start.
